Our CEO, Ciarán Foley, caught up with Bellburra’s Project Manager, Dimitry Sofatzis, in the final days of 2024. Whilst many of us were enjoying a relaxing break, Dimitry and a team of 50 were working hard to maintain the momentum leading into 2025.

• Residential buildings (Buildings A and B) are fully framed
• The Community Clubhouse (Building C) is on track, with internal work and framing now underway.
• All windows are installed in Building B
• The first coat of paint is underway in apartments in Building B.
• The last concrete pour was complete just prior to Christmas
• Brickwork and tiling continues throughout the site
