We’re grateful to Ciarán Foley, Allambie Heights CEO, who warmly welcomed and addressed attendees.

Karen Mattingley delivered another informational session, covering all aspects of Legislation, financial, contractual and product on offer.

Karen summed it up perfectly: “In 2022, there were 2 million over-75s in Australia. By 2040, that number will jump to 3.4 million. We simply can’t build communities fast enough in the places people want to stay rooted, strong communities such as Allambie Heights”

It’s no wonder Karen has such a strong reputation in the industry—she knows education is key. By the end of today’s session, every attendee walked away with clarity, confidence, and answers.
