Despite the recent wet weather, construction is accelerating with no sign of slowing down in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Our CEO, Ciarán Foley, caught up with Bellburra’s Project Manager, Dimitry Sofatzis, who announced several milestones in our construction journey: The main structure is now complete with the last concrete slab for the residential buildings now poured. Building B roof has now been complete. Building A and Community Centre roof under construction. Internal apartment works for Buildings A and B have commenced. External brickwork is underway for Building B.
